this week we are still continuing to make the tartlet crust or the skin from the tartlet. we haven't made the filling yet because the skin we made is still the same and has no progress, after the lecturer saw the wrong way of making our tartlets starting from the processing it made us angry and told it wasn't like this,

so friends, if you want to make tartlet crust, pay attention to your hands, don't occasionally stir it with your bare hands, without using hand gloves, or if you don't have hand gloves, use a tool such as a spatula, after being told, we are aware of it and the recipe we use has also been updated. , we use from the book given, at this meeting we were only assigned to make the shell without any filling, and also the tartlet tart must be successful because we have been told, therefore the tartlet curst must be successful.

I and my friends are very careful in doing it, we pay attention to the step by step of the recipe, from preparing to processing and baking.
