HELLO HIIIIIII......
hello friends bloggers ... how are we back at our meeting this time to discuss buffets.
Yes, on our second practice week, we were told to make a buffet meal consisting of celebes, oriental and europan buffets.
why are we doing a buffet because the restaurant on campus is open and the food has to come out, yes according to the group on the tartlet, I stay in group 2, and our food buffet will come out on Wednesdays and Thursdays, so we have to prepare beforehand for example if food comes out on the day Wednesday then we have made preparations on Tuesday.
group 2 served in the oriental dessert, namely tangzhong bread and tang yuan, yes here I divided my friends to do their respective assignments to start preparing the ingredients to be used tomorrow, here I entered the making of tangzhong bread which was in our first experiment the dough was not good and didn't rise well, the next day we tried it again and at first the dough was successful and it also looked fluffy when it was profed, and it also looked good when it was baked, but when it was taken out it turned out that it wasn't cooked or you could say we didn't prof longer so it didn't expand perfectly .
then for tang yuan it was done by my group members, they first prepared the stuffing from tang yuan, namely black sesame seed, stir-fried until cooked, then blended with a little sugar until well blended, which then made dough from glutinous rice flour and filled it with black sesame stuffing seeds which are later made into simple syrup as a soup from tang yuan.
