How are you ? this time I will continue the next part in part 3 I will discuss tartlets and toast bread.




in the HR course we made tartlets where in the manufacture of tartlets we still used the recipe that we had and not from the lecturer, during the first try we did not understand how to handle the tartlet curst, the first time we made it average we made it and the tart was hard it's even hard to break and doesn't melt in the mouth when eaten, it takes energy to be able to chew it. and we also on that day just continued to make without knowing where the mistake was,


then on the second day of the practice week we made toast bread where the toast bread still failed, our mistake was in the mixing process and also the way of folding the bread dough which was not good, made it when the oven was open, and did not form a square mold from the toast bread.


so those are some of the activities that I did during the practice week at the first meeting!!! stay tuned for the next story...
